i had paid a small sum ($1) for 9am-1pm delivery. But end up i had to call and postpone till following day. May i check do buyer had to pay $1 to waste time waiting outside the stipulated time? I suggest you gotta pump up the quality of your delivery. Your products may be good but the poor delivery plus surcharge for special timing not met may lose good customers.

Hi,

I ordered I got a call from the courier man that my sofabed will be delivered to me today between 1pm-3pm. The problem is we are not available at home during office hours 9am-6pm. Therefore, I paid extra $5 for Weekday delivery between 6pm-8pm. But, the delivery person doesn't agree to the timing and is adamant that I take the delivery during 1pm-3pm or wait till saturday.
As I understand, my $5 is wasted since I don't get the required convenience that I paid for.
