  Hi there,
It is my 10th day after the payment but I have yet receive my goods. As I had paid for the same amount as the others, I would have expected that I receive my goods in time like others as well. As mentioned by the seller that delivery takes 2-3 days for an sofa, I see no reason why my delivery has not been done. Hence, I would like to seek for an refund and kindly get back to me as soon as possible.

I have received a couple of emails asking me to confirm the delivery of my windy sofa/bed.
I would love to do this, but I can't as I have NOT received the item. I have just read some more of your reviews whilst looking for your contact details.
It appears that prompt delivery is not a regular occurrence and I do hope I am not going to be disappointed.
I had always intended to buy 2 windy sofas. First I wanted to see what they looked like and how quickly are they delivered.
Can you please reply promptly and tell me when I can expect my delivery.

  I have actually made my order on the 20 Aug and the delivery has not been done yet. I saw some reviews who actually made order later than me had already receive their items. Some had receive it within 2 days. I believe that such double standard service should not be tolerable and would like to hear an explanation from you.
