Hi I just realised as I was reading the feedback from other customer, that you have also shortchange me with a mini size miracle cream instead of a 50ml one. No wonder I was wondering why it's such a small one but didn't think much of it as I bought a few items from u and do not remember how much each cost. Upon checking now yes I paid $39.90 and if customers like myself who didn't come back to your store to want to reorder product we wouldn't have even realise we were being shortchange. You should have made proactive approach to resend to your customer for those orders that you made a mistake. This is akin to cheating your customer!! Like the other customer, I have also used the 10ml one and used up quite a lot already. Please resend to me a 50ml bottle and do not ask me to send it back to you the 10ml one. If you made a mistake, do not pass the trouble to your customer., I do not have time to mail back to you a container. Pls call me at 83222622 . 'Thanks.

hi Dear, we understand that it is our error from our side and we are resolving th issue here. We are unable to find who is the customer who bought the item from us from the Qoo10 system which is not seller but Qoo10. The report is only how many are sold and the amount. We will need to arrange a pickup from your side ont he 10ml as this is part of the company policy for exchange and return. Can we arrange a pickup tomorrow? We will send the 50ml size item to you by this week.

Dear customer service,
You did not offer me a.solution of returning the open bottle. That is why i feel short change... u said please.return as long as it is unused even.i have told you that i have used it once. Remembered? I offered $8 based on the volume but still you never tell me said nvm just mail us back the small bottle as it is needed based on company policy. Now it is not really a $8 thingy. I like the product veru much and dun mind paying it.It is just a feeling that the customer got bully for being kind. It is that you did not give me that option from start. To ease the trouble, i might still end up paying because i am lazy to go post office. Upfront i was not given the choice. Anyway i do not want to pursue this matter. I just hope this thing won't happen again
