the 1st time i ordered, i did not receive it. i may have lost it in the mail, fine.

this is the 2nd time, it cant be lost in the mail again. unless im really that unlucky.

it's been more than a month, i dont think i will be able to receive my item.

HI dear,

I would propose that you use registered for your purchase in future to avoid lost mail. This is stated clearly in our policy. Cos this is normal mailing, we are unable to trace. We can only check for you if the address is correct. However, you may file a complaint to Singpost at their counter. We swear that we have send out every pc of the parcel to Singpost and pic are taken before mailing done. If you dun trust and to prevent lost mail, registered mailing is really highly recommended to protect buyer and seller.
