If you can't find certain item picture on the web page, or can't find certain item code from the drop down menu, it means the item is out of stock at the moment. we will try our best to restock the item asap, but we can't tell you the exact date of restock since we also don't know. usually the restock will take 1~4 weeks.

Hello, my ordered confirmed on 6 May, but I haven't received my items yet. Since I stay in hostel (office close on weekends) and I will be not in Singapore from 12 May. I think I cannot received the item before my departure. I chose the faster shipping method which stated that 2-3 days but now i still haven't received. The shipping info suggested that delivery attempt failed on 8th May, so if it not failed, I might have received my item already. The fact is, actually the items I purchased is for my trip overseas but I think I cannot receive them before my departure. Can I by any means contact the post office to arrange a self-collection session? I really need it urgently, but there is no way I can receive it before my departure by normal shipping. Thank you very much. Please feel free to contact me personally . |
