  How can you confirm that you send the item in a good condition maybe you just send the spoil item to the buyer. Now the thing happen, you all push to courier company.

Hi it's not possible to sent a spoil or damaged item to buyer because it would be impossible to bubble wrapped it at all.

Its the standard procedure that once the package leaves the seller hand and hand over to courier if any damages in transit buyer pursue case with courier company. This is industrial practice.
