  I did not receive the item at all. I requested you earlier to cancel and make a refund when the item was not delivered for more than a month. No action was taken on your side. Therefore I tried to cancel on my side. However, by then, the option box for cancellation was changed to 'return'. I suppose this happened due to the overdue period of receipt.
