Hi I am very dissapointed with EURASIA Track & Trace. System showed my order (KRSG835230) was out for delivery in Singapore dated 26 Nov but until today (5 days), I have not receive it.
When I contacted them this morning, the CS told me that they need to check and will call me back. Until now I hv not hear from them!
Pls do not ship any of my future order thru EURASIA.
If my order is not deliver by tomorrow, 31 Nov, then it has no use to me. |

Hi i emailed u on the 22nd Nov but no reply till date. There shld be a balance of SGD 9.90 + SGD 5 - think i will just leave it..been months and yet we are unable to fully resolved this. Perhaps you shld change the courier service you are using to avoid such incident from happening again. Thanks |
