We're sorry to hear that. Your order has been sent on Dec 7 via normal mail to this address Block 218 Tampines st 24. So far, all the parcels mailed on that day, customers have received it.

Thank you for your interst in our product. D20 sz 80 has sold out and now left with size 90 for 18-24M. Some 10Mths old baby can fit due to their bigger size.
