Hi, I'm not trying to be rude. If u are out of stock for certain ring, u should automatic do a refund or at least inform us. Don't wait for us to chase u. I have ordered items from many sellers, once they don't have stock they automatic refund. I am fine even u took 3 days to reply my query, at least u replied! But the reply u gave, I don't even understand. And when u refund, u conveniently chose the lowest price. Can u at least check what is the item you did not send me! The "spider" ring cost $2.90 u have already sent me that item! It's the NWR0382 (pink) ring I did not receive. And that ring cost $7.90. This shows how unethical u can be, choosing the cheapest amount to refund. What kind of system do u have. I am talking about long term business here. From last year I have ordered so many stuff from sellers and I am very satisfied so far with each one of them but u really pissed me off about how u operate. In business we talk about trust! Please don't do such things to buyers! U should refund $7.90 for the pink ring (I did not receive) and not the $2.90 for the "spider" ring I have already received!!! Please do the necessary refund on your side! Thnx! |
