It is totally impossible that I have given you the wrong address as I have been using this same address for all my Qoo10 purchases and they have all been delivered to me safely! I have triple checked the address I have given you and it's perfectly correct! So please do not give me such lame excuse that the items have been returned to you due to the wrong address given! It's either the courier company you used is conning you or you yourself have written the wrong address on the parcel! Please give me a refund asap as I cannot to afford to wait another month for the items anymore!
