Hi, you can bring it over to our shop for exchange. Please show the Qoo10 order details on your phone. We have not come across this issue for the sales of the same product to buyers at our retail shop. As it is under 5 yrs warranty rest assured Sandisk will replace accordingly. The benefit of buying from local seller is the opportunity to claim warranty and get exchange which you cannot get from overseas sellers. |

My order number is 29239861. I purchased from your shop in Nov 2012 and the cards started having problem after 2 to 3 months of use. The detection of the card is erratic! For both cards! Sometimes the phone can detect, and most of the time, it cannot be detected. I put it into the computer and it is also the same issue. I have used so many SD cards before and some are even with me for more than 10 years and there is no problem! And the ones purchased from your company created so much problem! Now the cards are as good as useless! |

Hi, I bought the above mentioned microSD card from your shop and its not functioning now. ( I tested it on my friend's Note2 and it was unable to detect the card. I inserted my friend's microSD card into my Note2 and it was able to detect my friend's card so the problem is not with my phone. I also tried inserting the faulty card into my lsptop and it was unable to detect the card as well. Please advise on my next course of action as I believe the card is still under warranty. Thank you. |

Dear Buyer, if this is your first time buying from Qoo10 using options then you have understand the method of calculating the prices with the price mentioned on the top is for the first option Example $10.00 and then you see options for other models which either need to top or need to deduct is mentioned beside the option as (+$15) and then it adds $10+$15 to show the final price of the item. So you can see the item price when you check out or add to the cart. Hope this helps to understand the pricing of the products in Qoo10. |
