  hi i have received my product but i am really disappointed in it for it looks so old and all of the sponge balls have this coat of yellow stain around it. i dunno how am i supposed to use this anymore,and it even feels a little sticky. where is your customer ethical standards? it is just right to ensure ur product are of the right quality before mailing them out. i demand a refund or a resend of the item. i have attached a photo of the yellow-stained-sponge-balls. look at how bad it is.
