I opted for normal airmail. Was a tad worried that the items wld go missing or having to resort to asking for a refund that I've seen some buyers posting. Within the same day of payment, I received a notification that the items were on their way. And seller shipped the items via Eurasia. Unlike some buyers who had some of their orders wrong, I think this time I was lucky to get all my items as per my order. Received lots of samples as many others have already posted before.

It's my second or third time shopping with seller, and I've always been using normal mail all the time. It usually takes me about two weeks before it arrives in my mail, and that to me was fast delivery since I chose normal mail. I chose registered mail - Eurasia this time round because I ordered a total of 8 products which is worth SGD$100, don't want to risk it and I wanted to receive my items fast. Items took exactly a week to arrive, but I feel that delivery can be faster since it's via registered mail. Not sure if I'm asking for too much, haha. Also, in between I had some problems with my tracking number, so I actually dropped seller an email and message on qoo10. Didn't get a response and I eventually received my items today, so I feel that service can be better to give customer better assurance that their items are actually on the way. Well, I have to say that seller is very very generous with free gifts, because I've received ALOT of them in picture 1 and some of them are really what I've been wanting to try. Will try the samples too, and buy the original sized products if it works :) My products arrived in superb condition, nothing broke or were the boxes destroyed. Glad seller wrapped a lot of bubble wrap so that my products are being well-protected. One last thing to note is the free gift given in picture 3, I originally thought it was some oil blotting paper, but it's actually a compact mirror! Super love it, and it's inside my make up pouch now. Overall quite a satisfying and good experience! :)
