  So right now you will refund me the money? I am very unhappy with your services as I have told you so many times that I need it urgently, I have been emailing you since 1-2 weeks back but you dont seem to answer my question and if the commodity need approximately 10 days to arrive, you should have told me earlier and advise on the procedures to exchange so that I can be informed and done what is required so that goods can be delivered earlier. You can refer to the previous emails that I have ask you so many times whether you have mail out the correct item, but you have not inform me what to do until now which I need it by sat then now you tell me the procedures and say need 10 days to deliver. Anyway I really have a bad experience with your services, please refund the money since I have confirmed the delivery.
