Hi,
I went down to my nearest SingPost yesterday (wednesday, 28/11/2012).
From my knowledge, if the parcel was delivered but no one receives it at the stated address, they will leave a memo with the instructions on how and where to collect. I did not receive any memo from SingPost.
Nevertheless the staff was kind enough to help me check using my IC, but she told me that there isn't any mail addressed to me.

By default, we do not provide insurance for normal mail, as this might be used as an exploit against us. Where can i access the non-receipt claim button?
Also, from your Q & A section of your page, there are a few similar delivery problems like mine, so i don't think it is an isolated case.
The last suucessful delivery was made in October, while the recent Nov and Dec ones are ALL delivery problems enquiries.
A check at your other pages also saw the few same problems with late delivery popping out, some even waited for more than a month like myself.
Please check if there is a problem with your packing department. Did they even really send out the items? I don't think it is just a case of "lost mail" for so many of us?
Please do not inconvenience your "customers" as many people are eagerly waiting for your items to arrive and they had to be disappointed (like me, i really like the caps).
If you are sincere in providing all these products and services to us, please resolve all these problems, else there will only be more problems adding o |

Kindly access the non receipt button when you click on "My Account" near the top right. =)
We fully understand your concerns and we share the same priorities as you, which is to deliver items to customers as quickly as possible. However, do bear in mind that customers who received their items in the mail would not come back and leave enquiries for us regarding failed delivery issues. Therefore, what you have seen is purely a reflection of the issues faced by the minority.
Please understand that we do our utmost best in ensuring the safety of parcels delivered and it is our top priority to serve customers well and fulfill their needs. We operate using a system where the packing department will simultaneously update the system when parcels are sent out. Thus, after reviewing the system processes, we have found that there is absolutely no problem with our packing department and we have indeed sent out the items. There might be slight delays due to the recent festive season and there might be an increase in parcels delivered locally. Thus, kindly allow some time for the parcels to be delivered. We are also unable to provide updates for normal mail because there is no tracking for them. Therefore, we kindly advice all customers to opt for registered mail so that they can ensure the prompt delivery of their items =)
