Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or missing parcel sent via normal post.
We had noticed an increase case of lost parcel via Singpost’s normal mail. Besides that, we are not able to assist in tracking the parcel as Singpost had stopped entertaining customer phone call on checking lost normal mail.
In such situation happened, we will provide the picture taken (before sending out the parcel as a proof) to buyers.
If buyers insist to opt for normal mail, please never ask for refund or resend from us in this situation.
