singpost normal mail will take up to 14 days, not include sat, sun and PH. almost can delivery within a week,but still have some parcel will be delay.
1,you also can bring along your IC to the nearest post office to chk weather have any parcel under your name or address.

this is regarding the face towel I ordered.
I've checked with Singpost and they informed there is no parcel/ package for me.
May I confirm the details with you:
1) What is the mode of delivery? Normal Post? (meaning it should be coming in my mail box?)
2) Name of Recipient
3) Delivery Address.
We have already made payment but did not receive the goods.
Can we have a refund?

What about parcel size? will it be fir into normal Singpost box?
Do item can be delivered on weekend?
What if nobody at home to receive parcel at time of delivery? would you inform in prior about delivery ? |
