Different from advertised 0-3 up 18kg & also different from the packaging of one of the review's 0-4 6-18kg

My boy is only a few months old at 6kg.

this design have 2 size use the same box package, and i have only the small size. so it meant you one not send wrongly.
i suggest for 0-3yrs up to 18kg due to i ask my boy try when he was 4yrs it too small, i decided to suggest for 0-3yrs.

I received the item but the position one of the plastic handles on the float is totally out of position. The handle itself is also crooked. I attached a picture...LOOK AT THE POSITION & SHAPE OF THE LEFT HANDLE....totally unacceptable. Can I get a refund/1-to-1 exchange?
