  Hi,

I did inform you the first thing I received the wrong item and you promise to resend the correct one and you did mention before that shipping will takes a while therefore I waited and waited. As for the wrong item i received it like one month later after i place the order therefore this time round I expect the shipment will be the same and now you r telling me it's too late. What the hell. You mention you will resend yet you forgotten and now you are saying I didn't inform earlier. What type of excuse is this. If you dun wish to make the exchange just say earlier don't give me this type of nonsense.
