  I have called and requested Singpost to redeliver. I believe there is a little mistake in the postal code - it should be 569059 instead of 569069 as stated in the details. Let's see whether the item gets redelivered correctly to me. I will just go to collect at AMK post office if it still fails.

  Hi,

I placed an order on 23rd January 2012 for 2 of the hats.
It was stated that the hats were sent out on 25th January 2012 but I have not received the items till now.
I have tried to trace the item but because the tracking ID is a Korean tracking ID, I am not able to track it using Singapore post.

Please check and do tell me where my items are and when would I receive them?

Tracking is possible after arrival of ordered item in Singapore.
Usually the delivery will be spent a week from Korea to the Singapore Customs.
Sometimes the dilivery time depends on the amount of logistics between countries.
