  Hi, I've received the items but anti-slip of one of the socks, sleeping bunny, seems defective.

The sock seem to have been pre stretched as the white dots appears to be falling off, or they are pretty scrunched up. When I compare to the other anti-slip socks I got from you, the quality differs greatly. I'd like to believe that this was missed out during the QC and was not sent on purpose to clear stock.

I understand that a refund cannot be made but I hope that at least an exchange can be done about it. Hope to receive your prompt reply.
