  I was referrring to my previous order which i ordered 3 roll. I understand how Gmarket work but for other seller their shipping cost is a flat rate and not by how many items you purchase so can you kindly explain why.

  Why the shipping cost is based on per roll of film ordered?

Why do I have to incurred $3.00 when you can ship the item to me for only $1.00? Are you earning "extra" from the shipping cost? Please explain if not i seek your full refund of the remaining shipping cost.

Hi There! Think you may have misunderstood the costing. We did not charge you $3 for shipping :) The shipping cost for each item is $1. Your total shipping cost is $2 for 2 items. Not sure if you got the $3 mixed up with the add up cost which is typically how gmarket always work. A standard cost will be placed on the top (in this case $6) and since each items cost different, the drop down box will show the exact price of each item (i.e. Kodak Elite Chrome ISO 100 (+$3.20). Each film is $6 + $3.20 = $9.20. Two films will be $18.40 & shipping is $1 each so two films' shipping is $2. Total you paid $20.40. Hope this clarifies :) Thanks for shopping with us!
