As stated in the shipping info, it was delivered. Can you arrange for the courier company to re-deliver it? I tried to call them for two days but no one answer the phone.

In case you are a foreigner we wish to let you know that it is illegal to sell fake products in Singapore and as a crime sellers can be jailed. You have to buy at Qoo10 to get the special deal price as we do not have this price in the shop. Upon purchase please wait 24 hours for confirmation.
