My order was on 25/2/2013 and has not receive till now. It make me wonder that I had purchase other item from Korea, non registered mail on 24/2/2012 has been arrived early last week.
Please advice when did u sent out the item and when likely I will receive the item.
P/s we are always at home(open door) even we are not around, our helper is there. Please do not reply with the sensitive information eg. my address, contact no. On this FAQ.

Yes, We sent the parcel out to the post office on Febraury 27th.
But normally, it takes 3-5 weeks to get the parcel because of international shipping.
( I am sorry to say this since I know it is such a long time to wait for the parcel. )
But as you know, it is very very important to protect people from the terror.
So how many days until getting the parcel always depends on people who are charge of checking the parcels and also customs.
Therefore we should understand them to check the shipments for quite many days.
As you know, it is a big thing and beyond my control in here, sorry to say this. :(
So i recommend to be a little more patient with me, please. :)
I really hope the item is having a safe trip to get to you.

To ask for the parcel to SINGAPORE POST is also good idea if you think the parcel is passed by Customs already in case of considering this international shipping. :)
