all orders r sent on the same day or the next working day. usually by normal mail, items take approx 2-5 days to reach but ive experienced twice in the last 6 months that it took 2 WEEKS!!! registered mail is guaranteed to reach 2-4 working days,, its not possible for me to check normal mail u can ring up your nearest post office or wait 4 it to gets returned to me...........hopefully :)

terribly sorry for the late reply. I had to go back to my home country to settle some urgent matters and had to ask my friend to help me 'man the fort' he wasn't very good with his command of english thus the delay in answering your queries. Now that im back, i hope to settle all queries a.s.a.p and do rest assured that this isolated incident will not happened again. thanks and look forward to serving u soon.
