Next-Day delivery is only applicable for orders within Singapore.
For order before 5PM (Mon - Fri), it will be processed on the same day. For orders coming in between Fri 1701 and Sun 2359, the order will be processed the next working day. We do not process orders on public holidays.
Example: Your order buy from Gmarket on Fri 1730 and the following Monday is a public holiday, your order will only be processed on Tue and delivery is only made on Wednesday, that is the next working day.

Hi how can I get a replacement or refund? It charges up to 50% of its power then stops so I get only like 1-2 hours now.
When I press there is 2 out of 4 LEDs light up but after a few minutes it stops charging. |

I am unable to do an exchange as there is no juice pack plus in our inventory for iphone 5.
