Till now, I've still haven't receive the item and I didn't even have a chance to take a glance at the parcel. I believe Sing Post should've returned the parcel to the sender if there's a return address.

I have the same issue as member "wil*******". Sing Post asked me to pay $1.25 postage citing insufficient postage. I'm unable to take pictures as the package is still with Sing Post. Sorry, but I think I'm going to cancel the Order as this is not acceptable. |

I do not understand that the normal mail is free but I was asked by the postman to top up $1.25. The seller should be the one bearing the postage. In this instance I will have to demand a full refund since I only buy the item for $1 but instead top up the postage for $1.25 |
