  I received both of my pants in totally wrong sizes and one pants is the wrong color. And I wish to have a refund or change of pants size. I requested for size32 and you sent me both of the pants in size35, though you pasted the tag stating it is 32.
The pants was obviously not 32inch size, and I hope to get a refund or changing of the pants size!
**If you are not replying on purpose to drag the timing so that I cannot exchange, I think you are being a terrible vendor.

As you know look at the size chart, waist circumference of 2417_32 is 84cm and 2208_32 is 86cm.
Measure the waist circumference of the goods you received, and please send to message again.
And, please feel free to upload a picture of the wrong color pants.

Hi, I've measured it already, and I've checked according to the specific pant's sizing chart and both the pants size are wrong, if I did make a mistake, only one of the pants would be wrong cause of the different size measurements.

The colour of the wrong pants have been uploaded already, the colour that was stated is not as dark as this.

The colors may vary depending on the monitor resolution.
Therefore, 2417 you received is not the wrong color.
And the size may vary approximately 1-3 cm, depending on the person to measure, or measurement location.
Therefore, the difference of about 1~3 cm is within the range of the degree of error.
The waist circumference(unit cm) of each product you received, please let us know.

But the sizing is definitely wrong, 1-3cm differential, of course i can accept, but the one you sent to me is absolutely ridiculous!

Both the pants is about 5-10cm DIFFERENCE!!!

I uploaded the picture to show you how ridiculous the pants you have sent me. How hard is it just to make a change of my orders?? I paid the money to get the pants that I ordered and you blamed on my monitor and measurement?
