  Hi i have received both T shirts that i ordered from you and the quality is good but i have one problem and that is the size. i measured my body and used your chart to choose a XL but it is small for me so i was wondering if you can help me with this problem because your chart is somewhat inaccurate. thanks

i agree but i bought 2 tshirts and both are XL but they dont fit the same. The red one is slightly tight but the black one is super baggy and the problem is both are XL. the black tshirt is very loose at the sleeves and the tshirt is way too big for my body so i am asking why is there such a huge difference in the size. i read that there might be a 1-3 cm error but the black tshirt is like super loose and definitely way beyond the error you gave me so i am very disappointed in the consistency of your products. if nonthing can be done i dont think i will be shopping for tshirts from you guys anymore. thanks

I had ordered 1pc M1912 blue Free and 1584 red L. However the shirts I received are not the shirts I purchased. Please refer to the attached picture.

By the way, your page indicate for the new range of shirts (include M1912) has 2 sizes M and L. Can you send the replacement for both the shirts M1912 & 1584 red size L?

This is not my first purchase from you. We would like to purchase more when new design are out.
