  Hello, I ordered 2 wrist watch but how come I only received one? The delivery note shows 2, but it has only 1 watch inside. Why?

I will wait for the other one, I was supposed to order more as christmas gifts, but i will check first the item. And this should not happen.

From one of the picture of the watch, it shows a separator for the time but in the real life picture of one the the buyer's review, it doesn't show the separator. So is there a separator for the time? Or it's just the timing there?
