Hi,
The bottle is made of 18/8 / 304 stainless steel just like the cooking wok.
If you dropped on the floor, it may create a dent or scatches on it. But still usable. I have been using it for 2 years already. Dropped a few times. But we do have case customer complaint that the child dropped and it cracks and created a leak. We suspects that it might have dropped on a metal grill as metal & metal can break open if the impact is great.
Never tried on a freezer but shouldn't be a problem but remember not to fill up to the fullest as to give allowance for the water to expand while chilling. Just like a can of coke in a freezer to allow the air to escape. |

Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried to buy this item yesterday (14 Oct 1am+). However, during the payment stage, the computer did not seem to move to the screen to confirm that the payment has been processed. I thought I would close the screen and come back to buy it this morning. Before I did so, I checked with my bank and discovered that my card was already charged.
Can I please check if the order has been logged at your end? I bought it as a guest last evening, although now I have registered an account with Qoo10.

Hi,
This is a 18/8 or 304 food grade stainless steel bottle.
It is the same material used for the cooking wok.
You may pour in hot boilied water into this bottle.
However as this is a single wall bottle, it does not keep the hot water warm. It's not a thermal flask meaning that you will feel the heat n cold from the outside.
