  Hi, it had been more than 3 weeks, how come I still have not received my item? I have read the Q & A session and it seems like all of them having the same problem. How come when we order 1 or 2 items, we receive it but when we purchase more, our item get lost or return back to u? I need an answer to my purchase asap.
