Your oirder items, I have already delivery on 27 Dec 2012. As your artical without register mail, you may need to proceed to the nearest post office to check with them. Normal if the items too big, unable to put in the mailbox, they will delivery door to door. If no one at home, they left the yellow colour notice note to you. If you did not receive it, you need to visit the near post office to check it out. I have guaratee that your items already delivery out. Thank you. |

thank you for the reply. As this morning, we did call to singapore post regarding about this issue. For your inform, we have experience that singapore post DID NOT send the goods to our customer. This is because Singapore post is use Machine to desprite the letter/goods. As the machine, cannot scan the letter/goods, will remove out, and where they will put, we are not sure. I have customer call me up and inform us about Singapore Post issue. As my customer feedback to me is in the future, try to use register mail. Thank yoiu. |

What do you mean, is it I cannot get my items, and I should purchase again using registered mail? This is a gift to somebody and I feel very disappointed. Please don't sell at low price if you don't intend to deliver. I have made many and many purchases using unregistered mail and still they are arrive at my house. I saw you have many complains about the items didn't received by the customer. I think you should check at your end if your shipping or your management got problem. |

I think you have mistake what I have mention. Your item I have called you before delivery. As your item too big, unable to fit in your mail box, as Singapore post mention to me they will door to door delivery to you. How can you say my company did not delivery the goods? As this is not the first time Singapore post have lost my customer items, and every time I have to send extra to my customer without extra cost to my customers. Kindly please clarify with Singapore post, as my company service for you, I have called to Singapore post to check out your postage too..... You said as I quoted from your previous email "we have experience that singapore post DID NOT send the goods to our customer." --> you should have said "we HAD experience that singapore post DID NOT send the goods to our customer." -- I was assuming this is what happened to my items,that the post didn't send anything and you didn't know where the goods are- which is probably what happen also, because you are residing in Singapore, items should be delivered around 2-3 days.
As I mentioned previously, there is always somebody at home last week, but nobody come and deliver the goods, I can only check with the post this weekend. |

Base on our record, we have delivered your item on 21 October 2012. As you are purchase under normal postage, we are unable to find tracking record from Singpost. If we out the delivery address wrong, they return the item to us within the next 7 days, after singpost delivery. Unfortunatly, We did not receive any returm post from SingPost. We are suspect that SingPost have lost/deliver wrong unit, and become lost mail. This is not the first time we came across this issue. I've kept under 8 minutes and on med-lo heat, to my horror, the bottom part of the tray melted!
This tray is simply not microwavable and not microwave-safe, a true microwave safe product will not melt in the oven and will not heat up the material itself. This is unfair for all consumers to bear all the risk of using this product. Keeps us wondering if there's toxic "generated" from the event of putting the plastic tray you sold us into the microwave!
Do not try to defend yourself and just make a refund! Thanks! |

Base on your request, we are on processing of refund. AS you mention to us that, your microwave have "baking system", your microwave consider as microwave-oven. Purely microwave, is totally no "baking system" even thought is no heating bar, does not means it is not an microwave-oven. For such products, surely within 1000pieces, few pieces will get the default. May be the one that you get, is in default plastic. This product is using microwave cover materials. Therefore, this is microsafe product, if is not, how come, this products can be selling in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and oversea. Link:
