Hi,
I've received my GPS this afternoon, but apparently there seems to have some problems..
1. Why is my default address is always shown as Thailand after when I have do all the updates?
2. Why my GPS do not have any signal at all (red cross shown next to the satelite icon)? GPS data all empty fields?
3. Why my GPS always cannot detect my current location?
4. Can I search my destination by inputing the postal code only?
5. Is this product under warranty and where can I get another replacement?
There are still many more problems which I have not really explore yet and the User's Manual is also not clear too!! Very disappointed with this product. Could you please give me a call at +65 97454645 or give me your contact no. to check on all this issue?

Hi,
This is my first time using the GMARKET online purchasing, and I'm trying to get a hand out of it. Kindly be informed that the item that I've ordered has not been delivered to me yet; and I can also understand that the shipping may be delayed due to the festival seasons. Since my request for the shipping method is by registered mail, is there any tracking no. which I can check on the item delivery status? Due to my work,I will not be at home on weekdays, and there won't be anyone at home too to receive it. Will there be any person to contact me if the item has been delivered to my residential address. Pls advise. Thanks! |

Hi sir , your item will be send by registered mail , if you happened not at home , you should be able to receive a note , just take the note call them to arrive the picking up time n day .

hi,most of the item arrive about 10-20 working days,(excluding sat,sun & public holiday)all item are pre- loaded with singapore map, if you request other map you can write on memo , we will install free for you .thank you for your interest. |
