Hi there,
I ordered robot vacuum from your company. Order number 26493466 (Jun 29, 2012 ) There is a confirm payment by paypal was sent to my account but I have never seen any delivery and the item is no longer in my account. Please let me know the problem. Again, tonight I bought another one with order number 26765907 (Jul 13, 2012 ) and again it is not on my Qoo10 account list eventhough I have got the paypal receive. It is very urgent, I am looking for your reply.

Hi. Received item in working order, except I can't seem to use the Motion Sensor function (ie. MS button on the remote).
Does it come with the model/item purchased? If yes, how to get it to work based on motion sensor remote?
Also, is it normal the remote control is a bit retarded? The robot seems to react slowly to the remote command.

It is not retarded. It is normal. It won't take 2 second from command
