Ordered on 30 apr, received on 16 may. Notwithstanding delivery delay-issues, product received was well bubble-wrapped and in good condition. Manual was in Korean. Went to website for English version. Helper used half-dessert spoon of oil for fried Promfret n used oil after frying fish for dark soy sauce marinade and garnishing. Nice taste. 3 min to cook on each side before using spatula to turn over. Fast n quite clean. Hope it lasts many years. Recipe book would have been useful, instead I had to go to Internet for happy call fish recipes

Item received in good condition but delivery let down. The parcel is posted during May Day holiday, delay is understandable. However, 7th May, Qoo10 Delivery Status is placed as Delivered and is dated on 30 Apr triggered my unhappiness. Firstly, i have not received the item. Secondly, online status check before 7th May is still on delivery but noted item was posted via express service on 28 Apr. Thirdly, when contacted Pantos, item was not delivered on the schedule time. Lastly, last call to Pantos, they promise to check status of my parcel but never reply and parcel man appeared out of nowhere, Luckily i have just returned home. Seller should seriously evaluate courier standard of service.

Item was shipped out on 29/4/2013. It arrived Singapore on 1/5/2013. There is a delay in receiving the item. It was received on night of 12/5/2013 after I have send an email to seller to speed up the delivery.
