  your answer on my enquiry is too late and no use, never mind i tried to follow up with your designated shipping company after a few research on their contact details thats why i have receive my items. you should be the one whose following-up the customers enquiry with the shipping company not us (customers). but dont worry i have acknowledge the acknowledgment receipt so that the payment will be released even though i'm so disappointed on the way you handle the issue.

  Hi, my order number is 33248509. I just received the ocher pan and was very sad to see that the handles (top and bottom) are chipped (see attached pictures). Can you send me one that is not chipped?

It is occurred on producing.
so we can not send new pan.
