Please go to your post office immediately quoting your parcel tracking number RC116041005SG to collect your parcel if you were not given the collection slip. If the parcel is not collected within 10 working days, it will be returned to the sender. You may want to call Singpost for assistance as well.

You may check with Singpost quoting this reference number. Based on the info I last retrieved (thru www.singpost.com), it seems the "item was delivered". You may wish to check if anyone in your household had accepted the parcel on your behalf.
