Dear Seller ,

The items was lost by Eurasia, this is very disappointed after waited for nearly a month.

I had called Eurasia many time and support given are disappointing too. They said hey will arrange with you for replacement, can you please help me on that? I was plan to buy the jacket as a christmas gift but it seems unlikely to received unless with you help to proceed replacement urgently and express.

I hope you understand as a customer, im very angry and sad because seems i'm responsible for the lost.

1.First on 19 Nov'12 they said I will receive on 20 Nov'19.
2 Second 20 Nov'12 they said I will received latest 21 Nov'12
3 Third 22 Nov'12 they said it's just give for delivery on 21 Nov'12 will receive on 3 working days its means on 23-26 Nov'12

Even the size I have to guess. I just wanted to confirm with you the size by giving you my measurements. Other online sellers do help me (and I ordered already from that helpful seller), as the measurements on the website may not be accurate.
