  Hi, I just received AF-WSP16 but there are 2 big problems: (1) Color is completely different, picture shows bright pink but actual is red/orange. (2) Pants are too thick, made for winter/autumn, it is not possible to wear normally in Singapore (always summer here). Now it means this item is useless to me. I saw this exact design in Singapore shop but it is not thick material.
I understand you cannot exchange but I hope you can refund, or give me credit.
Also, I want to cancel this item AF-WSP09 please.
