  Hi. Just want to ask how come its not sensitive o movement and does not light up all the time. Sometimes it works sometimes it don't. I even change brand new batteries to make sure there enough power. It's quite frustrating cos it does not light up at times. I put on auto and night mode cos I need the light for my stairway. Can I return and get refund please? Thks
