  I was trying out the combo kit on my tv. But there was only sound and no images on the tv when I tried to play movies via my iPad 2, An error MSG indicating that the accessory is not supported. Have tried restarting my iPad 2 but still does not work. Pls advise.

Thanks, that is teh standard error message for all Apple OM prdouct. Have you tested using Youtube? Many third party programs are not supported by apple accessories.

  I went to your office to try the combo kit on my IPhone but it says the iPhone don't support the device and can't read my SD card either. I attach the 30 pin connector to the IPhone. The lady in your office also dont know how to use the combo kit. Or this device only support the attachment of 30 pin connector to iPad whereas the IPhone have to be connected to the USB slot? Can I connect iPhone to tv to show the contents of IPhone on TV?

Thanks, I have a suggestion. Why don't you go tothe agent office at 7 Kallang Place to try it using your iphone. This device is compatible with iphone 4S, but it like all OEM products, Apple will pop up an Accessory is incompatiable with iphone message. All you have to do is brush aside the error message and you can then use it. There is no need to jailbreak. The quality of this connector is very good. Like a BMW. But you may need to try it out yourself to see how good it is

thanks, it is compatible.It supports SDHC. As in all OEM products, there will be an automatic error message from Apple. You just need to swipe it away and then you can use..cheers
