We will continue to exchange defective or incorrect items as usual. In addition, we will now also exchange items for other reasons, such as: customer ordering the wrong item, item doesn't fit, etc. However, for any exchanges due to the above reasons, the customer will have to pay the return shipping charges plus an admin charge of $1.5 per item exchanged.
We try to check every item before sending out, however, small washable stains, fixable loose threads, minor colour differences and creases are not considered defects.
Customers are required to send the orginal item back to us first and as soon as we receive it then we will send the replacement item.

Cut-off time: orders placed before 3pm on working days will be sent on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the following day (providing stock is available).
Shipping times: orders made using Singpost normal mail or Singpost registered mail usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. However, please be patient if it takes slightly longer than this. Orders made using TAQBIN courier usually arrive in 1-2 working days. Orders of 8 or more items will automatically be upgraded to TAQBIN courier, free-of-charge.
Lost mail: please note that we strongly advise customers to select registered mail or TAQBIN courier for their deliveries. We cannot be held responsible for lost items sent by normal mail. Thank you! |

Hi Thanks for your message. Sorry to hear your parcel hasn't arrived yet. Your parcel was sent on 02 May. Can you please check and confirm if the address you registered in the system is correct? Assuming the address is correct, your parcel should still get to you. I have seen some parcels delayed by Singpost and arrive up to 4 weeks late! If they are unable to deliver a parcel then it usually gets returned to us, in which case we then re-send it to customers. Please give it a bit more time. If it still hasn't arrived in the next two weeks, please send your enquiry to JessClosetCS@gmail.com and then we decide what to do. Hi, thank you for your message. The Ultra now is all free size. We are working to remove all the sizes from the system. I am normally an L and it fits me fine, so should fit you nicely.
