Hi Helen, your order was placed on the 10th. I've checked with other orders placed that day, mostly have not received yet too. However, there are 2 customers who received on the 13th (based on clicking received). I believe it should be on the way. It would take longer than usual because it is slightly bulky so Singpost might consider as bulky item and take 3-5 days for delivery. Thanks.

  can the blood and food stains on it be washed away since it is waterproof?

Hi, the top and 2nd layer is still cotton hence will still be hard to wash the stains away if the stains are dried onto it. If you are thinking of using it for period time or during confinement to prevent backflow of blood, it would still be ok to use as long as you quickly wash it. I personally use "vanish" directly on the blood stains to help it be easier to wash away. Take note do not wash blood stains with hot/warm water. Rubbing blood stains with an ice cube and washing with cold water makes it easier to remove. Hope this helps. =)
