  I have write several email to Singpost and reschedule a redelivery but there have not been proceed with such delivery and the items eventually being sent to bedok post office. now they told me that the items have been collected by someone else but it is not me. Please advice on how to get my item back. ThankYou.

  I went to SingPost with the number they given me, but there was no such number as told by the staff. I went to Woodlands branch, Civic Centre today at about 1245hours.
Please advice me on how to retrieve it if they informed me it is invalid.

Per our inquiry with Singpost, nobody was at home when they delivered the parcel and nobody came to collect the parcel at the post office.
