Normally, it takes 3-5 weeks to get the parcel because of the international shipping.
( I am sorry to say this since I know it is such a long time to wait for the parcel. )
So how many days until getting the parcel always depends on people who are in charge of checking the parcels and also customs.
Therefore we should understand them to check the shipments for quite many days.
As you know, it is a big thing and beyond my control in here, sorry to say this. :(
But of course some customers get the parcel within 2-4weeks.
I can not be sure about the day since it always really depends on the customs.
But sure thing is we send the parcel to the post office as soon as we check the order. :)

"How to Install SmartGear". In step 2, the main unit is supposed to have a adhesive cover to peel off, but the one i received had no such adhesive. Please advise.

Well, Yes, this item you got probably does not have the part for peeling like in the picture.
But adhesive part is only with red peeling, and you should turn the circle part of Smart gear to lock it.

Put on the smart gear on the dashboard and find enough place to attach it.
And then turn the smart gear clockwise to lock it for attaching.
But if the dashboard is not good place for attaching the smart gear, then you should use ' Adhesive disk ' under the smart gear.
But you can do same step on the adhesive disk.

And according to tracking the parcel on the internet, it says your parcel has been sent out to the international post office on August 9.

hi i just got the item now after queing to a very long queue in Singpost. But the left arm is broken and totally can't be usen! Don't know why u just put it in the plastic bag with bubble wrap and not in a box. Last time i ordered this and it was in a box. Need you to replace this asap. Attached is the picture.
