I've purchased two mouse from you, one white and one Apple Green. The Apple Green mouse is not working. I've tested, press connect, reboot and read manual. The Milky White mouse is working fine, so i'm sure this Apple Green mouse is faulty
Can you send a new one? I really like the color of Apple Green. Thanks. |

Hi, have received the 2 slim mouse on Friday and tried them. Plugged into my laptop and there was no response for the white mouse. Had tried with different batteries and also pressed the connect button at the back but still it doesn't work.
The green mouse works fine, worked straight away after plugged in, thankyou! Please advice what can be done for the faulty white mouse.
