  Hi, have received the 2 slim mouse on Friday and tried them. Plugged into my laptop and there was no response for the white mouse. Had tried with different batteries and also pressed the connect button at the back but still it doesn't work.

The green mouse works fine, worked straight away after plugged in, thankyou!

Please advice what can be done for the faulty white mouse.
