Hello, both cards just stopped working. I enquired before, I bought 3. First one spoilt but I have not sent back. I used the second one, same thing happened! They cannot be detected by phone or even laptop. I was told that there was no refund, just exchange. PLease let me know how to send back again!

  My order number is 28291012. This is my second time that this product given me problem since Nov'12. Same like previously, I already tried on 3 different phones and 2 different laptops. I also tried my other SD card, it works fine on both the phones and laptop. My files is gone for the 2nd time.

You can get only repair or exchange after 1 monthe of purchasing.
It is rare to arise the same problem after exchange.
