  Hi,

I received an email on 16 May 2013, saying the parcel was out. But I just called up Singpost and was advised that the parcel was not sent out. I made Singpost check again, so as to prevent any mistakes (to be fair to both parties). Still, I was advised the same thing.

My first purchase went on efficiently and with no issues. However, I am experiencing issues on this second purchase. It's disappointing to know that the parcel hasn't been sent out till today (20 May 2013). I believe Singpost doesn't take that long to receive the parcel. I hope the seller can check on his/her end again.

Tks for your feedback. The whole delivery time took less than 3 working days (sent 16 may, received 20 may, based on tracking status) As explained, Singpost will take 2-3 working days to update the tracking status and you may verify this information on their website too. Usually upon our update, you will not be able to track the status instantly. Your last order also took 3 working days to deliver to u ( sent 5 may, received 8 may). Hope this clarifies.
