I have a few questions.
1. Is there a change in packaging? Because the expiry date is not printed like the ones I saw in your listing.
2. Is the inside supposed to be like that? A mess? Because I saw a few reviews and searched some pictures on google they are all supposed to be paced neatly and evenly.
3. The plastic wrap is kinda peeling the information on the packaging away. Which is not very nice.

Hi, yes there has been a change in packaging. We will updating the pictures of the expiry date on the jar shortly. Each jar is sealed in plastic which is how we receive it from Egyptian Magic USA. This grantees a sealed jar that cannot be tampered with. We then wrap it with bubble wrap before mailing.

hi.. Im not sure what you are referring the inside contents to be like. The jar is sealed with authentic contents so it is supposed to be exactly how you receive it. The only difference is that the texture of the cream can vary depending on the temperature of where it has been stored. So it is more liquid and oily in a warm place and more solid in cooler temperatures.

Hi, we cant verify the picture you sent us is actually a jar sent from our store because it honestly does not look like it. Our jars normally do not look like that. The cream is in solid form, not a mush like that, except perhaps if its been in extreme heat. if it has been left somewhere very hot or in direct sunlight, it may melt. As I mentioned, your jar had a plastic seal, so you can be assured there is no tampering of the product from us.

So you're implying that I made this thing up? I was also wondering why my jar was different than others who purchased from you. I also googled to find possible reasons, but to no avail. I have no expertise in this that why I came to you and you in turn imply that I made it up?
So just because there is a seal, there's no way that the product may be defective?
So I have to deal with this myself just because you does not have any history of similar situation?
This is unacceptable.

If you reread what I wrote, I said the jar does not normally look like that which is true. But I also said it could have been put upside down in heat or direct sunlight which would cause it to MELT and rise to the top. You have not verified if this was the case. You can easily change the consistency by putting it in the fridge, it will solidify. I did not leave you to deal with it yourself, I told you since the first email that the temperature will vary the consistency, it is not that it is defective. It is natural ingredients and this is how it works. I do not open every jar and look at it before I mail it, it would not be sanitary for customers. How can I check every jar and see what it looks like? Im just telling you that this is the kind of formula it is and temperature really matters. Even if it is a mush it is perfectly acceptable to use. It melts upon skin contact anyway. if you want to solidify keep it somewhere cold. Please rest assured there is nothing wrong. Im not implying you made it up, but we cant verify further or do much more because we have customers who have bought from cheaper sellers the counterfeit product and then tried to pin it on us. You can imagine how unfair this is on us. Ive given you advice on how the cream works, there is nothing wrong with your formula if it has been purchased from us.

How would I know if that was the case when I opened it the day I got it and it was like that.
So just because it does not normally look like that, just because you can't check, does it mean there is no possibility it is like that by default? So you mean every batch of EMC is perfect as long as its sealed?
So just because there were cases of customers doing that means all the other customers are like that even if their cases were genuine?
I understand that it is unfair to you but can you understand that it is also unfair to me?
